  My friend Dean is in a band called QUARTERBACKS who I am lucky enough to tour with for a little bit this summer! They have a really great tape coming out!!! I told Dean once that he was Calvin Johnston and his label, Responsible Records, was K Records and that QUARTERBACKS was Beat Happening. That isn’t possible, but it is true in my heart. I love this band and maybe you will like them too.
